According to the Society for Marketing Professional Services Foundation research, in less than 10 years more than 50 percent of AEC firms are expected to increase their use of doer-sellers. To create a successful firm-wide business development culture, empowering your team is critical to their success and, ultimately, your bottom line. In this session, we will discuss the keys to creating a successful firm-wide business development culture. We will cover topics such as: Process, Communication, Goals and Expectations, Metrics, Training, and Rewards.

Deirdre has the unique ability to take high level ideas and develop solid strategies for success. Whether it is creating and implementing a strategic vision, or digging deep to win a specific project, she ensures the team is always ready for battle with the right strategy to execute the plan. For over 20 years, she has focused on business/marketing planning, strategic project pursuits, and supporting firms through the implementation of the tactics needed for success. Deidre’s training style is a lot of fun and there will be a few laughs along the way. She understands how to speak technical and to help people for whom business development does not come naturally get positive results.
