Originally from small-town Arizona– Cornville and Mingus Mountain above the town of Jerome, Brian moved to Tucson in 2006 and attained both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Arizona. After focusing on geospatial analyses and mapping nonpoint source pollutants in Arizona soils and watercourses, he began his planning career assisting with the master plan for the Marana Heritage River Park. Today, Brian has over 10 years of experience as a planner, project manager, and GIS analyst working in Southern Arizona. He represents a wide range of property owners, developers, and homebuilders in navigating the complexities of the zoning and land use entitlement process, including due diligence, rezoning, plan amendments, use permits, site planning, annexations, and large-scale master plans.
